Coventry and Wariwckshire Partnership Trust (CWPT) Talking Therapies therapists and counsellors deliver proven and effective support to help you manage symptoms and deal with feelings that are preventing you from living life. Their services are delivered face-to-face, online, and over the telephone. They also run workshops, therapeutic courses, and group sessions that might be useful.
Talking Therapies are here to help with how you are feeling, whether your symptoms are mild, moderate, or moderate to severe.

They can support you with a range of symptoms and conditions including:
- Sleeplessness
- Anxiety (for example social anxiety, health anxiety)
- Stress
- Low mood and depression
- PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder)
- OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)
- Panic attacks
- Body dysmorphia
- Long-term physical health conditions (diabetes, heart disease, cancer)
- PND (Post-natal depression)
Talking Therapies services are available to anyone over the age of 16 registered with a GP in Coventry, Warwickshire or Solihull. You can refer yourself or you can be referred by your GP or other health professional.
To make sure that NHS Talking Therapies is right for you, they will first offer you a brief initial assessment. Most are undertaken over the phone, although alternative arrangements can be made if required.
