Public Space Protection Order - Begging Control
The Nuneaton and Bedworth Safer Communities Partnership has been working to address anti-social behaviour in Nuneaton and Bedworth.
As part of the partnership approach towards this problem, it was agreed to apply for a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) to address alcohol misuse and related anti-social behaviour in Nuneaton and Bedworth. This is now in affect and the order can be downloaded here.
This Order has been informed by evidence from residents, businesses, and professionals, which demonstrates the scale of the issue for the local community. We aim for it to be implemented for a period of up to three years.
