Council housing tenants - Make Things Right
Everyone deserves a home that is safe, secure, and well maintained.
The government has launched the Make Things Right campaign to ensure social housing tenants who have issues with their property know their rights, know how to complain, and feel empowered in the knowledge that their voice will be heard.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is fully behind the Make Things Right campaign, and we are promoting this to ensure tenants living in our properties understand their rights, know how to complain to us about any issues, and feel empowered that we will listen to you.
Further information can be found on the campaign can be found under the Social Housing Partner Toolkit.
If you want to raise any issues with your home, you can do so online:
- Request a housing repair or report damp and mould issues
- Report anti-social behaviour
- Make a complaint
Alternatively, report your issues by email: tenancy.officers@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk or call 024 7637 6376.
