Annexes
Occupied and unoccupied annexes may qualify for a reduction in the amount of council tax payable.
How to apply
- Contact the Billing Section at billing.section@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk or telephone 024 7637 6534
- Your application will then be assessed
- We will write to you to confirm whether you are entitled to receive a reduction in your bill
- If you are entitled to a reduction, the award will commence on the date from which the circumstances have existed. This will be either the date from which you became liable for council tax or the date from which your household circumstances changed (whichever is later)
Conditions - future changes of circumstance
Any change in circumstances which may affect any reduction awarded on your bill must be reported to the Council within 21 days of the event occurring. Failure to do so could result in a penalty being incurred and proceedings against you under the Fraud Act 2006.
