Report a missed bin collection
- Bins containing incorrect materials will not be collected
- Your bin was not out when the bin crew were in your area
- Check the bin hanger for advice as to why your bin was not collected
- Missed bins must be reported within two working days
- Rejected bins will be collected at the next collection
