
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is conducting a call for employment sites to maintain an up-to-date evidence base.
The Call for Employment Sites is for sites that are 0.25 hectares or above only and presents interested parties with the opportunity to submit sites that may be suitable.
All the sites submitted will be subject to a detailed assessment to establish their suitability, availability, and achievability in meeting the employment needs of the Borough.
All sites need to be submitted using an online form to make the process as efficient as possible.
Alongside this form, a site plan should be submitted so that the site can be identified appropriately.
It is important that as much information as possible relating to the site is provided to allow for an effective assessment.
The Call for Employment sites will run from Monday, 5 August, until Monday, 2 September 2024.
It should also be noted that any sites previously submitted during the previous Call for Site processes need to be resubmitted to be considered going forward.
As part of the planning process, if the Council were to propose any additional sites for employment growth, further community consultation would take place.
