To help us ensure that our draft Tenant Engagement Strategy truly reflects the needs of our tenants and leaseholders, we really need your feedback.
Tenant and leaseholder engagement is a key priority for Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council. We want to be able to empower our tenants and leaseholders to understand and influence the services that we provide, whilst offering a range of accessible opportunities to be involved.
Our Tenant Engagement Strategy forms the cornerstone of our approach to enhancing our methods of engaging and empowering our tenants and leaseholders.
Your feedback and opinions on this are extremely important – we need to make sure this strategy reflects what you, as tenants and leaseholders, feel is most valuable to you.
Cllr Chris Watkins, Portfolio Holder for Housing, said:
“We really want to work more closely with our tenants and leaseholders to break down barriers of communication and make it easier for them to get involved to ensure their voices are heard.
“The feedback we receive from this consultation will be used to help inform our approach to tenant and leaseholder engagement and will also help prioritise areas for improvement.”
The survey, which takes approximately ten minutes to complete, allows you to provide your views on our housing services and state your preferences on how the housing department engages with you. We would also like you to suggest ways you feel we can make it easier for you to get involved.
