
Complete our 2024 tenant satisfaction survey to let us know how satisfied you are with the housing services that we provide.
As part of a commitment set out by the Regulator of Social Housing, the Borough Council is required to send out annual tenant satisfaction surveys.
The surveys not only ensure that all social housing landlords set out clear information about their performance, but they also help tenants hold their landlords to account.
The information collected from the surveys is used by the regulator in their role of assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good-quality homes and services to their tenants.
Dawn Dawson, Strategic Director for Housing and Community Safety, said:
“Its really important that we hear your views, we need our tenants feedback to ensure we are performing our best as a landlord.
“The results help us tailor our services to ensure that we are meeting your needs and are able to provide the best possible housing services we can.”
You should have received this year’s survey along with a Freepost return envelope for your convenience.
The survey takes around five minutes to complete, and if you send your survey back to us by 12 July, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a £25 ASDA voucher.
There are a total of 20 vouchers available (limited to one voucher per household).
