Public inquiry at Watling Street, Nuneaton

A public inquiry is taking place in reference to an outline planning application for:

 Up to 650 residential dwellings and land for a 1FE primary school including a new access roundabout, with associated parking, access roads, public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage and associated works (with access only, all other matters are reserved) on land at Weddington Wood Farm, Watling Street.

This application was refused by Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council on 30 May 2023.
