Double Sit Up
This two-person Sit Up station is perfect for strengthening abdominal muscles and providing core stability, which helps support and protect internal organs and aids in breathing.
It also helps the development of upper body muscles such as shoulders and biceps, as well as aiding the flexibility and agility of joints. It can be used for a wide variety of sit-ups and abdominal crunch exercises, as well as seated leg raise exercises.
Lat Pull
This two person station is where you can tone shoulders, biceps, core muscles, and rear deltoids in the pulling motion. It primarily targets the latissimus dorsi, a muscle on the outer side of the chest wall.
Working all these muscles will strengthen the back, arms and improve posture. A strong back with balanced muscles helps you maintain good posture!
Air Walker
Helps to tone the calf and thigh muscles and improve general cardiovascular fitness, balance and co-ordination.
Swing your legs back and forth whilst keeping your abs tight and maintaining a neutral spine.
Gradually increase the speed and intensity to make the exercise more challenging. Gives you the full experience of a brisk walk without the strain.
Ski Stepper
This Ski Stepper is a comfortable way of developing leg and hip muscles, while simultaneously improving your cardiovascular endurance.
This low impact workout also helps improve balance and co-ordination. Easy to access and simple to use.
Chest Press
This works out the chest, upper and mid abs, triceps, pectoralis, and deltoids in the pressing motion. Working all these muscles will strengthen the back, arms and improve posture.
The ergonomically designed seat provides back support and easy access, plus the sphere handles offer a comfortable grip.
Rower
The Rower provides an extremely effective full-body work-out that helps to tone upper and lower body muscles and develop general cardiovascular fitness.
It provides a great gentle exercise with minimal strain on the joints and it’s ideal for low impact workouts or warm-ups. Take a sit, place your feet on the footrests, keep your back flat and start rowing! Avoid over-stretching your arms, over-scrunching your knees or leaning back too far. Gradually increase the speed and intensity to make the exercise more challenging. The internal stoppers and rounded edges ensure maximum user safety.
Leg Stretch
This Leg and Back Stretch provides important opportunities to stretch and elongate muscles both before and after exercise.
Short muscles, more prevalent in older people, reduce flexibility and people are therefore more prone to muscle strains.
Stretching also improves blood flow, helps to maintain posture, and improves balance and co-ordination
Push Hands
This outdoor fitness equipment can be used by two people simultaneously. The unique design of the Push Hands allows wheelchair users to be able to access the lower section, making this a fully inclusive piece of exercise equipment.

These Parallel Rails allows you to perform various exercises and work on different muscle groups. Primarily, it helps to develop upper body muscles such as the chest, shoulders and upper arms, but it can also be used to work on the lower back, abdominal muscles and leg strengthening.
