Neighbourhood walkabouts and block inspections
We aim to carry out a Neighbourhood Walkabout every year in every neighbourhood where we provide social housing. In addition, our Tenancy Management Officers and Repairs Inspectors carry out inspections of our general-purpose flats every other month.
We would like as many tenants to attend these walkabouts to engage with us and discuss the issues that matter most to you in your community.

Flat inspection schedule
Bi-monthly inspections are carried out throughout the year. The next inspections are in the first week of July and then every other month, as follows:
