Tenant engagement days
Our Tenant Engagement Officers arrange and facilitate engagement days for our tenants and leaseholders throughout the year.
We understand that sometimes, seeing a friendly face in your neighbourhood when other activities are going on, is a positive addition to the other engagement methods we offer. Tenant Engagement Days also provide an opportunity for individuals to get to know their neighbours and meet official community representatives and our partner agencies.
Your tenancy management team attend these events, along with a range of community representatives, including Citizens Advice, Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) and the Family Information Service, plus many more to provide expert advice and answer any questions.
