Enforcement agents
Your debt may be passed to enforcement agents for collection - this will incur you with additional fees. The enforcement agents can remove and sell your possessions to the value of the debt you owe.
Once your account is passed to the enforcement agents for collection, you must contact them to agree a payment arrangement. We cannot contact them to agree an arrangement on your behalf. Payments should be made directly to the enforcement agents. Any enforcement agent costs incurred must be paid first.
