Infrastructure Funding Statement
Infrastructure Funding Statements (IFS) summarise all developer contributions collected and managed within the Borough, relating to Section 106 planning obligations and Community Infrastructure Levy Agreements. In the case of Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, only Section 106 Agreements apply.
The Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) (England) (No.2) Regulations 2019 require that this statement is updated and published annually to reflect the summary of obligations for each monitoring period - 1 April to 31 March.
