Grit is a new organisation on the borough’s art scene.  One of their project strands has been Portrait of a Town. The portraits are being brought together for the first time and displayed within the museum.  Local people were invited to sit for their portraits and these are the results brought together for the first time.

There will be opportunities for visitors to try their own hand at portraiture.
