Putting customers at the very heart of everything we do and ensuring your voice is heard is central to ensuring that we deliver the services you want and expect.

Our involved tenants and leaseholder represent the voice of all our residents to help influence and shape our housing services.  Identifying what we do well and and making recommendations for improvement in areas where we could do better, is a key part of your role.

Our Tenant Engagement Officers Emma Neale and Lynette Sparrow are on hand to work with you so that you can better understand the services that we provide to you and so that we can offer a range of accessible opportunities so that you can be involved in shaping how these services are delivered to you.

We want our tenants and leaseholders to talk to us on a continual basis, and we want to improve on how we hear your views, whether this is through conversations, complaints, or other feedback.
